The entrance to our building is at the corner of Rogers and Fulkerson Streets directly across from Metropolitan Pipe and Supply. Please note that there is no entrance on Binney Street. See map on the upper right of this page. For an interactive map of the area, see Google maps.
A public parking garage is located beneath the building and is accessible from Rogers Street. Limited on-street metered parking is also available. |

| Exit at Cambridge/Allston, bearing right toward Cambridge. Go straight across the bridge over the Charles River and straight down River Street toward Central Square. Cross over Massachusetts Ave., go through three more lights and at the fourth light, turn right onto Hampshire Street. Proceed straight down Hampshire, passing Columbia and Windsor Streets and at a set of lights, turn left onto Cardinal Medeiros Avenue. Take first right on Binney Street and then first left onto Fulkerson Street. Rogers Street is first right off of Fulkerson. The entrance to 301 Binney is on the corner of Fulkerson and Rogers Streets. Park at the meters on Fulkerson Street or, after turning onto Rogers Street, enter the underground parking beneath 301 Binney on your right. |

| Follow directions to Storrow Drive. Take Kendall Square exit (first exit on left.) Cross over Longfellow Bridge and at the first set of lights turn right onto Third Street, then at next set of lights, turn left onto Binney Street. At first set of lights on Binney, take right onto Fulkerson Street. Rogers Street is first right off of Fulkerson. The entrance to 301 Binney is on the corner of Fulkerson and Rogers Streets. Park at the meters on Fulkerson Street or, after turning onto Rogers Street, enter the underground parking beneath 301 Binney on your right. |

| Walk through the Marriott Hotel lobby and exit on the Broadway side. Cross immediately onto opposite side of Broadway at pedestrian crosswalk. Follow Broadway to the left until you reach a set of lights and a paved, tree-lined footpath on your right called the Mid-block Connector (sign will also say “Ames Street”). This is not a street but a pedestrian footpath. Take right onto the path, and at the end of path, cross over Binney Street and take left onto Binney after crossing. Follow Binney one block and take a right onto Fulkerson Street. The entrance to 301 Binney is one block up on the right, on the corner of Fulkerson and Rogers Streets, across from Metropolitan Pipe and Supply. |
